build games website

I want a new games site created. I need you to provide the games and create the website. It is important that other games are able to be added at a later date. I wish to run tournaments and offer prize money, with at least one of the two player games. eg. pool/snooker or mahjong The game chosen for tournaments must have an easy to understand rules page. The tournament process is to be automated. I want all members to have a profile area where they can upload a picture or avatar. No banking platforms are required at this stage. I will need you to upload the files to my server, test it and remove all bugs. Only serious and experienced bidders please.
