We are a livechat engine. Our engine can be integrated in any websites. Any live chat engine comes with few lines of script that can be integrated in the websites requiring livechat. That script enables the visitors to the website integrating livechat to chat with website owner/agents. The script basically creates livechat window and connects to the livechat server to enable this. We have already implemented this feature. This job involves enhancing the UI for the live chat window shown to the visitors of the websites that integrates our engine. The specification attached explains the job in detail. The job should be delivered in two levels which is explained in the attached PDF file.
