Design a Sales page on Divi Page builder

You need to use divi page builder and build a sales page with its lead generation flow. You need to design one responsive and fluid sales page (without any bugs) and; when user clicks on CTA->a form either in the page or slides somehow or a specialised contact form page to collect data then ->save it in database as well as show as a list of leads generated in dashboard admin panel so that i can followup leads easily and give a excel export function to it -> and email notifications goes to my given email address in a format to be finalized and a thank you email goes to the customer filling up this form.
