i shall design the Home and About us pages as you require. definitely it will be of standard you expect from me. first submission will be a draft for suggestions/ review and then the final project will be submitted. being a designer, no need to mention the language and other s that will be used by me - off course all standard techniques will be used to design responsive pages.
