Craigslist Style Site Needed

I know how to make basic websites, but I am not good with server side scripting, php, etc. I am looking to create a craigslist style classifieds posting website for the East Texas Community. All I want it to do is allow people to post items for sale and allow them the option to post a picture, type in a description, and provide a paypal account and a price for the item in case anyone chooses to buy the item when they are reading the posting. Obviously the item needs to remove itself or display sold and have the purchase button removed if the item is purchased. I need the website to mask emails the same way craigslist does. The only other difference is going to be the initial appearance of the site. I want each page on the site to be designed to fascilitate google ads. Please PM me for more information.
