Convert a Template to a Website

We are a new investment club in the UK, and we are looking for someone to build a great website. We already have the X Theme installed and would prefer the freelancer to use the theme's features to make editing in the future easier (ie. no hard coding or editing).
The website will have only 5 pages: Home, Who We Are, Partners, Portfolio and Notes.
The "Home" page:
This page is already almost finished. Not much work needed here.
The "Who We Are" page:
This page will contain basic information about the investment club, and have a couple of highlights and facts about what we do. Not much work needed here, just polishing the presentation and content.
The "Partners" page:
This page will contain information about the partners. We want each partner (3 at the moment) to have a short timeline from their early childhood to current career. We want the design of this page to be based on an existing website - details can be provided. The majority of the help is needed with this page.
The "Portfolio" page:
We invest in stock market, and we want this page to show the details of our portfolio including the companies that we invest in, the performance for each position, and an overall graph showing our whole portfolio.
The "Notes" page:
This will be a blog where the investment club will post thoughts and ideas. Not much work is needed here.
