Build out WordPress sites from a template

We are a Boulder based web development and graphic design firm. We are looking to create a small team of part-time, free-lance developers to build out and brand WordPress websites from a template we have created.
Skills required: WordPress, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firebug. 5 years minimum experience please.
Bonus skills: PHP, MySql, jQuery, Javascript.
We are looking for men and women who are trustworthy, timely and precise.
We prefer that you live in Boulder.
