We sell wholesale e-liquids. Our flavor list is constantly changing so the order form needs to be expandable once built. We currently have 160 flavors. Each flavor has four variables - size (2 sizes), mix (3 mixes), bottle type (glass or plastic) and nicotine strength (6 strengths). The customers currently use an excel spreadsheet to input their orders and they email in the spreadsheet. Ideally we would like the order form to resemble a spreadsheet so the customers just enter their order in the grid and hit submit without having to select different variables for each flavor. The way it is set up now is they select the mix for the whole order then the flavors are in the first excel column. The top row has 13 cells - 6 for each nicotine level in 10ml size and 6 for each nicotine level in 30ml size. The final column is for ordering a sample free of change of any flavor. The plastic/glass variable could be order wide just like the mix level as long as the customer can input more than 1 order at the time. The size variable and the bottle type variable effect the cost of the product. We use Big Commerce as our platform and the website is www.coastaleliquidlab.com. The ultimate goal is for the customer to make their orders online as simply and they do on a spreadsheet. Also, each customer has a different price point AND prices change based based on quantity ordered.
