I need a website developed that is similar to freelancer but is specialized in a specific area.I need a developer that has an eye for detail, and can provide a great looking GUI, with advanced programming abilities.
The website will have to be integrated with a South African Payment gateway, and will have to be done so efficiently. The web developer will have to also develop windows and web services to support payments, and update database tables.
I expect the developer to code to W3C standards, use meaningful object, function, methods names, and all code will have to have commented code. The website will have to be developed using C#, ASP.NET web forms, and SQL server.
The website will also have an administration portal, where all administration will take place of the website. The website will not be too big, and should be relatively easy to code. The website should be mobile friendly, which includes smart phones, tablets, etc. All operating systems should be compatible.
The website should allow online chat functionality, email administration for emails comming from members, notifications, automated emails, show available funds, withdraw funds, terms and conditions, news feed, have messaging capabilities with an inbox, profile photos, allow a post to have documents uploaded, etc.
Once again, the website will be simular to freelancer, but very specific catagories.
The chosen developer will not be paid any upfront fees, and first payment will occur only at 50% completion, and then at 100% completion. Development resposibilities will include web application development, GUI design, development of windows/web services, payment gateway intergration,etc.
This is an ongoing project, and the chosen developer will have allot of future development on this project coming their way, which will be financialy supported.
My capital for this project is limited to around $2200. The chosen developer will be responsible for a functional, and technical design document, as well as a document explaining the application in full and each step that needs to be taken, and lastly a project plan/proposal.
