A Beta B2C Portal for hiring agents online

I am looking for someone who can develop the project from scratch, take ownership and deliver in time. Front-end, and back-end technology to be used is not a constraint, as project needs to be developed from scratch. Though we need to figure out pro and cons of technology used. Please note, this will be a beta project which will have all minimal requirements fulfilled, we will extend it further in next phase. Beta Project Summary: A B2C Portal where customers can hire agents online on hourly basis(Multiple days) based on the agent availability. Lets say, I will hire an agent from 1 July to 31 July, 3-4 PM daily. Customer will provide his location, time-slot and type of service, we will show all agents available as per the requirement. Customer can choose and subscribe to our service. Post subscription, we will provide a dashboard to customer, where he can manage his subscription. For admin, we would need a way to add/modify agents profile, add/modify agents availability, manage Subscriptions, manage daily jobs of agents. Also a CMS interface to manage landing page content. 1. Payment gateway Integration 2. Social Login(FB and Google) 3. Google Map integration This will be minimal design. Also, if interested, we can work on Percentage share in business model as well. CTO will be the best term :) Be assured, that the idea is superb, if developed and operated as planned. I am giving my best shot at it.
