Advanced HTML, needed quickly

Looking for an advanced HTML person in the Eastern, CENTRAL, Mountain or Pacific time zone. DO NOT apply if you are not in this time zone. 1. You must be good with complex tables and graphics. (show an example) 2. You must be available immediately for 10-30 hours of work. (list the day you can start and the amount of hours you have available) 3. You must post your price per page. (we have the design already and photoshop files. We also already have some pages created.) 4. You must be have highspeed connection and access to your own FTP. 5. You must sign our non-disclosure and work agreement. 6. You must have excellent referrences. Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL of these parameters.
