Create 2 Freelance websites – 2 sites.

I am after TWO freelance websites. The 2 sites should operate like GAF or ScriptLance but if you have another original freelance site or clone that is better and that you can demonstrate working bug-free, please advise the URL in your PMB. The sites are to be original in design and colour from other freelance sites but the 2 sites I want created can be similar. One will be industry specific. The sites: 1) Should have all the functionalities of GAF or ScriptLance etc and be up to date. 2) Should have the ability for me to alter any website text. 3) Should have a fresh looking design and feel. 4) Should be integrated with PayPal, MoneyBookers and Escrow. I will need you to advise me as to what I need to do from my side to set up to both accept and make payments please. 5) Should have the same CMS abilities and back end controls as the original freelance site including the ability to change fees. It should also have good, clear monitoring, reporting, financial controls, payment integration, advertising module, affiliate module, RSS feeds and have the ability to operate on mobile phones and handheld devices. 6) Should come with clear operating instructions so that I know what to do, where and how. Although I am not without reasonable experience, as these are ‘pet-projects’, you should assume that I will need your assistance and support. Certain features that appear on some freelance sites will not be required such as some of the links across the bottom of some pages. Please specify if it is to run on Windows or Unix. Unix would be preferable but not absolutely necessary. The site should be SEO friendly. No freelancer script downloaded from Smarter Scripts or such sites please. I need the script to be ready to run, installed and fully operational on my hosting server please. No ownership/copyright issues please and ownership of code and copyright is to be released to me upon final payment. Full Payment by GAF Escrow payment on full completion. I am willing to make a payment at first stage. Good constant email and IM communication is essential. Please remember that you are quoting in total for 2 websites. Please provide a sample of your completed, bug free freelance site URL(s) that you have for demonstration. I have had several jobs done though different freelance sites.
