Complete Website Redesign

We are in need of a website overhaul. Here's what we require: 1. A website with very clean and user friendly navigation 2. We want a custom built template that does not look like one of the stock templates found everywhere. However, we MUST be able to change and update the site easily without getting into the code. 3. We need an admin login section 4. We would like fully functional customer accounts (Order history, account maintenance, etc.) 5. We need a way to update customer accounts order status 6. Whenever we ship an order, we need an email to be sent out with tracking number and a link to view the tracking based upon which carrier we use 7. We need an all inclusive shopping cart. We want the customer to stay on our site but it will use a paypal backend system. We want the customer to be able to check out as a guest OR be able to create an account. 8 The site needs indivdual product pages 9. High Resolution zoomable pictures for each product. 8. We would like a blog on our new site 9. We would like to transfer the existing website sections (content wise) over to the new site 10. We would like to include social media links somewhere 11. We would like to be able to use promo codes, discounts whenever we would like, gift cards, etc 12. We like jquery style images and have a subscription to it. Whoever accepts this bid will need to be VERY experienced and needs a lot of patience! We are very loyal and will use your expertise for many projects.
