I need someone to help me configure my Microsoft SharePoint site that I can build an automated business workflow. I would need to build a database to store the data. I don't know if it's possible to build a database in Microsoft SharePoint but if there is, just need someone to point me in the right direction and I can figure it out. Also need help on how to build workflow within SharePoint. My biggest problem is setting up everything in the SharePoint in the screen shot attached. I need someone who is available ASAP!!
