When providing estimations based on an example of a similar product, there is always some risk of misunderstanding, because the buyer and the developer see the same features from different points of view. This means that the developer could probably omit some functionality as unimportant, what the buyer could probably see as a very important feature. This is why we would like you to provide an exact list of functionality you need to have in your project, even if you have an example that is very close to what you are planning to achieve. Imagine, you have the final product done and completed, in front of you. You could start with either mockups of every screen that you see. Or just describe in a couple of sentences what is there on every screen of your project and how it works from the user point of view. We will implement this project using Symfony framework for PHP for the LAMP architecture (Linux, Apache2, PHP5, MySQL5). You will have a backend with a CMS admin area, where you can edit content without any technical knowledge. The site will be multilingual - English and German. You will be able to translate the site on your own using the admin area.
