the bureau system operates to facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currency. the process involves buying the foreign currency based on the set exchange rate to the local currency. Again, the system will facilitate the money remittance from one country to another. all transactions will be receipted and transmitted in an XML format through a special device called electronic fiscal device (EFD) to the regulator server. in the event that the EFD is offline, the transaction shall be sent via FTP to the regulator server. the functions about bureau operations i.e. money changing is commonly known.
