A new web site- Makam

Program a new web site, which consists of: 1. Ready made HTML Pages 2. Integration with a DB 3. Secured environment for the end user Some Details about the site: Users will enter the site using https, and move between 4 pages exactly- step by step. Each step has a few options to choose, that affect content of next steps. The content of the pages can be dynamically built, or predefined (as the programmer choose to implement it). Users enter the site via a specific link, that carry their ID. the site will draw content from the DB according to that ID, and show rellevant content. The options that the users choose will be recoreded in the DB as well An SQL report will give us a view for the users actions. The number of users that are expected to enter the site- 50,000. Programming Language: language and technology can be suggested by the programmer. Programmer will suggest a solution for the web application, including: - infrastructire needed to be installed - Programing language used These items can be chosen by the programmer, as long as they: - can run on a Lynux machine - Require no payed license Database: Programmer will suggest and implement a solution for the DB, as long as the DB: - can run on a Lynux machine - Require no payed license Browser Types: IE 7.0 and up, Chrome, Iphone's and Android browsers. Server Hosting Environment: I have my own in-house server. Since the website doesn't exist yet, we can work on the production environment, or on a remote copy that you maintain. It's your choice. Another option is to have a virtual machine that you work on, and than send us the whole machine once you have finished.
