Adjust background image

I have a Joomla template. In the template I have a background image that I want to adjust, so that it looks good for the most common screen resolutions. I have done som work on this myself, but I don't have the time to complete it. If you look at the attachment, you will see what I mean. The boat in the image is sort of clipped halfway (which is not how it should be. So the job is to adjust the background so that the whole boat is visible from resolution height of 800px taking into consideration windows toolbar. In the image there is some sea in the foreground so it would look even better when you have more than 800px in resolution. I will supply the template, the image, and the stuff that I have done with it, in order to give you a good start. I will give you further instructions to whom ever I hire. I consider this a very small project, and should take 2-3 hours for a skilled webdesigner, and i expect your bid to reflect that. I am also going to be more positive towards bids that can be turned into a finished background/template fast.
