We are looking for somebody who can build a HTML5 / Bootstrap 3 webpage from an existing template in wordpress. The current webpage consists of roughly 10 successive pages, including mainly text and largely static illustration. Some design animations might be an optional request. The design can be copied from the existing page but we are open for proposals to improve the look and feel.
