Build an Online Store Using Magento to Sell Auto Parts

We want to build an online store using Magento Community Edition to sell our Auto Parts. An example of what we want is this website: [login to view URL] We want customers to be able to search for autoparts using a Year/Make/Model/Engine Size menu as well as be able to choose a category for that search such as bumpers, headlights, etc. We want full e-commerce functionality where customers can choose and pay for parts using a shopping cart system and we can ship it to them.
