Hi, my name is Tom Straub. I'm new to freelancer, so my bid is getting in here a little late. I have heavy experience in modifying Wordpress themes and plugins using PHP, javascript, HTML, CSS, etc. What you are proposing to do sounds pretty straightforward. You'll also need some modifications to your database to store at lesst the social network links for each user. The geolocation mapping stuff can be done, but will require some PHP code to compute the location of each user and store it into a centralized database table indexed by location for quick display on-page. My bid is for 250 EUR and you don't pay anything until you are completely satisfied with the results. Thank you for your consideration.
