An online food and seat ordering platform development

The business scope includes: Publish electronic menu for local restaurants; online food ordering system; gift card selling and online seat reservation; those process flows will be explained separately. I am not familiar with that part, please advice.): 1) Restaurant registers on our website, we publish their electronic services items and charge; 2) Customer can review content, place order and checkout online; 3) website conveys the completed order through INTERNET FAX to restaurant’s fax; 4) auto phone call will make to confirm the fax that sent is received successfully by restaurant; 5) website charges commission to restaurants according to the percentage of that total amt; 6) website compiles all kinds of statistical reports by the need of restaurant; Once the order gets through the fax, we suppose that transaction will be done by restaurant. Commission will be charged to restaurants by a flexible percentage of total order amt. and restaurant can appeal for refund in their online accounts within a certain time period, say 48hours. Customers can choose to pay cash upon the service is done or prepaid online to website. Website will offer promotion code to the payment processed online. Every week, website reimburses the net amount (service fee minus website commission) to the restaurants’ bank account.
