create a webiste psd form my mockup

I have created this in paint you have to create a design for it. I will provide the logo so you can see what colours to use. This is just for the psd, there is no coding or programming involved. I will not be accepting a bid without a mock-up, so please do not bid if you are not going to do a mockup. i will get really angry if you bid and then say you can not create a mockup so read this carefully. no more than 30 dollars for this project
