Develop a static yet elegant and professional looking website

Hello,

I need a simple static website that is visually appealing for a new environmental consultancy that I plan to start.

Design of the site must be simple and elegant yet look very professional.

You can be as creative with this project as you like. My only request being that I be satisfied by the design.

I expect that the website will have about 6 pages i.e : Home page, Services, About, Affiliates, FAQ and 1 contact form.

This is an environmental site so I need you to add the necessary images and banner to reflect that.

I have a logo which should fit in well with your design.

The website should look good in Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox.

My prospective customers should be able to find the site easily when they use a search engine such as google, yahoo etc.

Cost is a priority and will be one of the deciding factors as to who I pick. But I have many additional projects (designing brochures, leaflets and other marketing material)and am looking for a long term relationship with the same service provider.

In your quote, please mention when you are available to start work and days required to complete this task.

I have a domain name and web host already. I will provide you with login details and you will be responsible for uploading all the files to the host machine and making sure it is fully functional.

Payment will be made instantly when you complete the work as per my stated requirements.

I prefer service providers from India, although I welcome everyone who fits my criteria to bid.
