Custom Header in WordPress Theme JobRoller

Hi,
I was looking to make some edits to a word press theme, job roller. I wanted to add a custom header. Ideally I wanted either an illustration or montage of the different skylines or something that would show moving from one country to another.

If you have previous experience customising WP sites and can show examples it will be a plus.
I am also looking for a Logo and a few other tweaks like colour schemes.
