Creative/Modern Web Design 2.0 (PSD) designer/talent needed

I need a designer who work easy and fast for many on-going website designs (long term). We don't need design with too many graphic elements - prefer simple/modern web design 2.0 but you need to take care small details which make website look cool. 1. Some time I need you to create a new design from an existing website/idea (so should be easy, fast and cheap) 2. Some time I need premium designs which are unique and need to be impressing visitors on first looking (these will be given good time frame and budget of course) I do not know a specific/good budget for this so feel free to bid your reasonable budget for a long term. Keep in mind that creative/quality design is most important.
