Create proposal design

Hi, I have a 3 page document that is plain txt in word format. What it is going to be is a proposal. The type of document that goes over to clients to tender for jobs. As I said, it's just text and it need it to look great. The proposal needs to be formal, but creative. We are trying to win business here so it must be great. I'd like you to be creative and show me what you can do. I'll know by looking at your samples. I'd like this in .doc or .docx format as a deliverable as it needs to be edited for each client.
