Create Responsive Website UI Design for Social Site

We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL designer/coder with the highest work ethic to create responsive designs for our custom website project. NO non-professionals wanted! Only true professional designers/coders will be considered. Prior experience and portfolio is a must. We will provide detailed documentation and wireframe concepts for design and coding. Requirements will be grouped into milestones for payments. We will provide specific instructions as needed to each section being worked on. There will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS or ADVANCES. The ONLY for of payment wil be based on the completion of agreed upon Milestone completion based on project schedule. Again, There will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS or ADVANCES under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
