Craigslist clone with additional features

I would like to have a classified website like Craigslist ( all features but graphic changed )in ASP.NET and I would like to add-on more features on top of the CL. The additional features would be disclosed after you sign NDA for more details. Please send me with the quote and experiances what you have done with examples and what you can do. Must be ready to start the project ASAP. Must know what to do and be creative with less supervision and direction. I would be more interesting to hear that you can do the Internet marketing (such as google's, pay-per-click, affiliate/refer prog, ads) as well. Thanks.
