Convert current website and build Shopify webshop - integrate with Vend and Xero

- Build a webshop for [login to view URL] using ‘Shopify’ (this is to support integration with Vend, our POS software, and Xero, our accounting/book-keeping software) - Provide necessary options for coffee purchase: size (200g, 500g, 1kg), grind (wholebeans, commercial espresso, domestic espresso, stovetop, aeropress, plunger, pourover), roast type (espresso, filter), quantity. The options available on this site is perfect. - Incorporate overall image of the current site, [login to view URL], but not necessarily the form (e.g., banners, columns, menus etc can all be rearranged) - Display available stock, show stock as unavailable using the Shopify/Vend inventory tool - For coffee, can click on a ‘more info’ option to display further information about the specific coffee - Space for a description and artwork. Description and artwork can be updated simply by our admin staff. - Items can be added or removed by our admin staff – use a template to select whether it has the ‘bean’ options (e.g. grind size, etc), or just a static item (e.g., a plunger, coffee machine, etc.). - Payment through paypal - Collect essential information (shipping address, name, contact etc) (can do this through creating customer accounts, link to Vend and/or Xero) - Generate a purchase order for our dispatch department (link to Vend and/or Xero)
