I am after someone to do design a header for my site. I require a combination of graphic design and cartooning skills. I have a pretty good idea of what I want, so show me your portfolio and I will make my decision based on that and your bidding price. I am after a cartoon of a guy, as well as some nice looking text on a regular sized website header. I am looking for a cartoonist to do a lot more work in the future, so if you win this bid, there could be a lot more work for you in the future. You must also have msn messenger so we can discuss exactly what I am after as to avoid misunderstandings. Ok, thats about it, impress me :)
