Another 5 websites with logo and 5 total pages on each

I have 5 domain names and I need 5 websites quickly built. I will find examples of good websites I want cloned and the winning bidder will need to clone the website (copy all pages), create a simple logo, modify the text to reflect the different domain and create a custom email newsletter template that has the same style/color as the website. Lastly, an unsubscribe page will need to be built resembling the email newsletter. below are examples of some email newsletter templates. Ideally, i would like each website to be unique and look different from the next. This means different layout, different colors, different style of logos, different fonts, different font sizes, etc. I'm looking for the lowest bidder as these are temporary websites and will be used for a short-time while the real sites are created.
