Amazing Web Designer Wanted

I am looking for an amazing web designer(s). Work will be freelance and will be paid on an hourly basis. Candidate must be able to work fast and come up with relevant concepts, ideally, same day or next day turnaround on assignments. Candidate must understand that the design must target and engage users, not just look pretty. Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of Adobe photoshop and illustrator.
