Data Entry with a bit of photoshop

I need 248 records transferred from one system to another. Each record has 2 - 15 fields. Most of them are drop downs. Some of teh records will have pictures associated with them. These need to be screen grabbed - cut out and added to teh record. Each record will be added thru a simple interface. Take no more than 30 seconds per record.
