Cheapest css expert needed to create two html pages...

Hello,

I have already done my website in HTML and CSS. I just need to create two inner pages of it. The design will same as home page. You just have to change center content box. All other thing will be same as home page.

I need a provider with good CSS and HTML knowledge. I need this work done in next 1 or 1 and half hour.

I will pay $1.5 maximum per page.
