We have a website established with help from a friend, who now wishes to retire gracefully. We need a webmaster who will review the existing site - currently 10 pages in English, French and Spanish, - suggest revisions and redesign, and review existing hosting arrangements. Abilities in translating the main pages into the major languages of Europe and Asia would be very useful, but would be subject to separate projects. Some knowledge of mechanical engineering or civil engineering would be very useful. We would like to work with someone on a retainer basis, with a budget of $200 to $400/month, which would include the routine maintenance of the website. Any additional work required would be chargeable at an hourly rate.
