Designer required to create a nice template

I have a few clients who need their site redesign or start a new website. I would like three mockups for the client. The challenge is to satisfy the client with the design. He may like it or may not like it. If he likes, u get the payment. I am very eager to start with one project. I will award this project to multiple guys, the best and cheaper ones. 1. Design PSD 2. Create a jpg screenshot 3. Send to me 4. Will show to client, if he likes he will provide edits. You need to do edits. If design finalized u get the half payment. 5. Convert to html (html5, div based) 6. Send both html 5 and psd with associated files and fonts. You get 90% payment clear. 7. Project goes into support, after 15 days full payment.
