Clean Up Webpage Programming

I need a clean up that minimizes the size of files, removes all unnecessary css, and creates html and css files that validate! Read more and respond specifically to my pitch. I want you to work off that template, use the Nivo slider of this template and adjust it such that it meets the look and feel of the [login to view URL] site. If I select your bid, you will be given all sources and you can work on your local site/directory. In order to get paid, I will inspect your work. It must validate (valid html, css markup). All redundant coding must be removed. All of the current meta tags must be copied accordingly. I want to see references of your work.
