CSS Merge 2 Sets of CSS

In the attached zip, you'll find two directories: "Existing-Page" and "PSD2HTML" [1] Add the effects on the PSD2HTML page to the CSS of the Existing Page Specifically, the following effects from the PSD2HTML page need to be ported to the CSS for the Existing Page: (a) The onhover style changes of all the buttons (b) The onhover style changes of the items in the left navigation (c) The onhover style changes of the items in the header (d) Simple merge of stylesheet doesn't produces this effect as the hierarchy of html elements might be required in order to get the style of all the parent classes(which is different for the two designs). [2] In addition, the images on PSD2HTML are unoptimized and very large in size. That also requires changes to use minimum possible sizes for those images. I can provide the PSD file for this (if necessary) for this once we begin the project.
