Develop simple proxy settings plugin for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari

I did in past a simple proxy plugin, chrome and firefox, for a customer for private use only to unblock youtube videos for some countries, where user could enter free proxy IP : Port cannot guarantee you safari plugin, but this bid is for chrome and firefox. If you will accept later we can work on safari plugin

I had completed a similar project: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Javascript/Firefox-add-that-change-the/ Firefox and Google Chrome will have one base, but for Firefox will be needed use a own API for setting proxy, it does not support chrome.proxy. Safari will be a separate extension. I will be happy answer on any questions!

Not much experience on coding browser plugins but proxy settings and browser settings for example in LAN environment (like Active Directory etc.) is somewhat familiar from past years some time ago. Should not be too hard to accomplish.
