Hi, I've done plenty of testing and scraping projects in the past and I'd like to work on this project. However in my opinion your project budget is extremely underestimated. To write scrapers for several websites and to take care of millions of records is a complex work which requires time and experience. To give you fair price proposal, I need to know the URL addresses of the websites (the scraping complexity varies from very easy to really difficult). I'm ready to discuss the project anytime.
