I am a fulltime freelancer and I personally have used CraigsList for various reasons. I have helped a couple of friends post items they were selling on CraigsList. I noticed you stated that you would not except bids unless they knew how to use CraigsList. So, I will merely go through a few steps to let you know that I can do this job so, one would first select the city and state in which they wanted to target, then you would click on post to classifieds, next choose a category, then select a sub category then the city, enter a title, price and location. Enter a description, email address, click on add/edit images (if you are using them).
