craiglist posting help

Only EXTREME SUPER PROS apply... I want to learn to post on craigslist safely: What do I mean exactly? I want to know everything i need to know to post for my own service on any number of craigslist cities with a high degree of stickyness and at the lowest cost. Specifically but not limited to: 1) the PVA situation... how do you make em 2) the proxy situation... what exactly do you use 3) what do you use to make this faster? ex. posting programs? cool FF addons? 3) General rules of craigslist success 4) Annonymity 5) anything else i need to know to accomplish my goal I have spent way tooo long reading theories on forums and stuff... If you know what you are doing REALLY send me a line... If not please dont bother.
