Connect Vtiger to Asterisk FreePBX

Hello, I have extensive experience working with asterisk and vtiger systems. I have performed multiple integrations of asterisk and vtiger. I'm confident this feat is achievable. However I'd like some more information eg the Version of Vtiger and Asterisk. Also Does your ISP provide you a static Public IP address. for your LAN.
