Convert Excel file to Software

I have an excel file with formulas to help some farms processes. Actually it works by typing some data then I have to copy a formula to obtain the result. I?d like it would be more easy to manage and with a better look (I mean perhaps change the platform or colors I don?t know). Perhaps a problem is: it is in SPANISH ## Deliverables In the attached file there are three excel files: two of them with a basic idea about what I want (it is not necessary the project be in the same format, it is just an idea. I am opened to new proposals), the last one is what would be the project.
