I need code written in vb.net and emgu cv that will captre the location of the red dot from a web cam. I want to be able to do the following:

1. point a web cam at a picture on a wall and capture the image

2. put the capture into a picture box

3. flash a laser pointer at the picture on the wall

4. record the coordinates of the red dot (laser) in a sql database

[url removed, login to view] the captured image with a red dot on the same coordinates as when the red dot (laser) hit the picture on the wall

The program should allow formultiple captures. This should take place on single windows form
