Need to build a 3 Tiered Windows application that have user access control and admin functionality to maintain users and user level of access. The application must make use of Infragistics controls and must have a Office 2007 look and feel. We just looking for the basic frame, user login and admin module of the application and will be adding the business functionality ourselves.
