Admin Socks Software to Fix some bugs

Hello, For start I prefer romanian programming guy. I have a admin socks5 software who have some bugs and i needed to fix and redesign it . is not so complicated , in source all lines are commented and you know what he does the software is written in c sharp and interface in vb 6 things for change 1. the program work with remote mysql and in database i have users password saved as plain text , i needed to be save like md5 encrypt example: user: admin password: admin -------> user: admin password: 5h2h15h61dsa5125dfhy56546w1315 (md5 password) 2. i needed to change mysql user table format , now is like that id,user,password,date i needed to be with a new format 3. i needed to to implement threads for a process (because when i press that button he crashes) 4. I want to analyze a problem why program do not run on some OS (not recognize a dll) 5. simple paging problem, the program download all info from database , i needed to extract 10 lines on each page. 6. we want to encrypt mysql username and password (or encrypt entire program ), because in actually program we can view the password in plaintext with hex editor or something else software , he can be decrypt who is interested in job please let me know
