I have a indexing software, which could get the page number from the scanned images.

But its accuracy level is too less. Less than 75%, I want at least 99%

If any body is a expert, show me your samples, I shall send the source code for you to correct the same. And I want the software to process atleast 60 images per minute.

I have the source code, your job is to correct it and increase the accuracy to above 99%.
