Delphi : String to Base64 and base64 to string

I need two functions that can convert string to base64 and base64 to string. I also need a small Delphi example containing a memo and and example that open a PDF and convert it to base64 and show in the memo field. Also the example need to be able to save the memo field to a PDF.
